Don't you ever just wish you could go back to the days when nothing in the world worried you and the thing that made you cry was because you couldn't get that doll you wanted or you couldn't go play with your friend after school. I certainly do and the more I spend time with a 3 year old the more I sink into her little world and "forget" about life's rise n falls.
We tend to forget the beauty in our world with the constant hustle and bustle of traffic, money, deadlines, friends and family. When you are 3, you notice the tiny grain of sand on the beach, the pretty shell that comes floating across in the water, the crack in the rock, the icy chill of the water, the splash of the wave on your feet. You feel your most happy when you are living in an imaginary world of princesses and noble men. I at 25 also feel most happy when I am in this world of a 3 year old. It makes you appreciate life more, makes you aware that we are constantly worried and stressed in this world we live and that no one is ever really happy.
I think the most beautiful gift on earth is the naivety of a child. They come onto earth to explore and learn as they go along and the influences they experience along the way is what makes them who they are. I sometimes wish I could go back to being a child, maybe born to a different family or country and see how different things would be. What person would I become? Are we born the person we are or do things like family, culture, country you born or friends influence us. We are all innocent human beings when we are born and I wish that adults had that innocence about them sometimes.
